Below are this week’s supper specials. As usual, we will be closed for a long month starting this Friday, June 19. I had the idea to offer a couple of frozen dishes from which to choose. There’s a short list below this week’s supper specials which you could order and purchase and pick up this week to put into your freezer while we’ve gone fishin’.  We wouldn’t offer vegetables to the meals since they just don’t come out the same as freshly prepared vegetables. They’ll also be a list of items that I carry in the freezer.

 

Weekly Supper Specials
June 15 - 19, 2026

Monday –Beef Stroganoff and Egg Noodles. Served with your choice of a Fresh Seasonal Vegetable or side salad

Tuesday – Chicken Bog (or Perlo) served and your choic of a fresh seasonal vegetable and/or side salad

Wednesday – Pork Schnitzel served with Potato Salad and your choice of a fresh seasonal vegetable or side salad

Thursday – Picking up frozen meals you’ve ordered

Friday – Closed

Vegetable choices: Broccoli with roasted tomatoes, Caramelized Carrots, Steamed Green Beans, and/or side salad 
Soup(s): Avgolemono (Greek Chicken soup)
Salads :  Grape and walnut chicken salad, Tuscan mixed green salad tossed with grapes, walnuts, red onion, cucumber and goat cheese, Greek salad

What is left in our freezer now: Chicken Enchilada sliced for two, four servings of Greek-style stuffed Cabbage, Shrimp Gumbo over Rice for 4-6 servings, 3 Meat Lasagne sliced for two (six servings in all), One large Spinach, Salmon Lasagna serving 8 - 12, One large Turkey Tetrazzini for 8-12 servings , Marinated Meatballs and Linguini for 3-4 servings. Beef Ragu and Pasta for 1-2 servings, Meat Loaf and Vegetable Mashed Potatoes for 3-4 servings.
