Monday – Beef Pot Roast and vegetable mashed potatoes. Served with your choice of a fresh vegetable or side salad
Tuesday – Chicken Bog (Pilau) served with your choice of a Fresh Vegetable or Salad
Wednesday – Seared Pork Tenderloin and mashed Butternut Squash. Served with a Maple Mustard Cream sauce and your choice of a Fresh Vegetable or Salad
Thursday – Shrimp Jambalaya served with your choice of a Fresh Seasonal Vegetable
Friday – No supper specials

Vegetable choices: Brussels Sprouts sauteed with mushrooms, Broccoli and Grilled Tomatoes, Caramelized Carrots, or side salad
Soup(s): Avgolemono (Greek Chicken soup)
Salads : Shrimp salad, Grape and walnut chicken salad, Tuscan mixed green salad tossed with grapes, walnuts, red onion, cucumber and goat cheese, Greek salad
